How to link your ClinicSense account to TELUS eClaims

Easily link your ClinicSense account to TELUS eClaims to submit insurance claims directly and streamline your billing process.


Instructions

Note: The TELUS eClaims integration is in beta and is currently only available to select customers. We will notify all customers when the feature is available for everyone. This feature is only available to customers in Canada.

  1. Go to Setup > Payment Settings
  2. Click the Link to TELUS button
  3. Enter your TELUS account details (where to find this information)
  4. Save your settings

Note: You will also need to connect practitioners individually after performing the above steps


Where to find required information within your TELUS account

First name, last name, and user ID

  1. Log in to the TELUS eClaims portal
  2. Click the icon of the person in the top right corner to see your name and user ID

Password

  • Enter the same password you use to login to the Telus dashboard

Organization Name, Organization ID and Location ID

  1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner

  2. The following menu will open, which displays your Organization name and ID

  3. Click on Business profile
  4. Your Location ID is in this section:
