Support Hours

  • Monday - Friday from 9 am - 8 pm (Eastern), excluding holidays

Phone & Chat Support

Phone & chat support are available to customers on the Premium Plan. 

  1. Log in to your ClinicSense account
  2. In the upper right corner, click the VIP SUPPORT buttonVIP-Support.png
  3. In the lower right corner, click the Chat with Support 💬 buttonvipsupport.png

Lite and Standard Plan Users

For customers on the Lite or Standard plan who would like to talk, please email us a support ticket detailing what you'd like to chat about, and our team will arrange a call.
