Phone & Chat Support

Phone & chat support are available to customers on the Premium Plan. 

  1. Log in to your ClinicSense account
  2. In the upper right corner, click the VIP SUPPORT button
  3. In the lower right corner, click the Chat with Support 💬 button

For customers on the Lite or Standard plan that would like to talk, please submit a support ticket detailing what you'd like to chat about and our team will arrange a call.
