How to use and read Reminders reporting

Guide

  1. Go to Reports, then Reminders
  2. Appointments on the list won't receive reminders from ClinicSense
  3. Optionally, click Remove to indicate you've separately sent a reminder
  4. Optionally, click Download CSV or Download PDF to export the data

Notes

  • Clients will appear on this report if they don't have an Email Address and have selected Email as their Reminder Preference
  • Clients will also appear on this report if they don't have a Mobile Phone and have selected Text message as their Reminder Preference
  • To help prevent clients appearing on this report, edit their client files to update their Email Address, Mobile Phone, and Reminder Preference fields
