You may normally work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays, but on just one specific Friday you are only working from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., or maybe you aren't working at all. In order to reflect this change in available time on your calendar, follow these steps:
- Go to the Calendar
- At the top of each day, you'll notice your working hours in grey
- Click on the hours of the day that you want to change
- Select if you are working and choose your hours using the dropdown menus
- Click Confirm
What to do when you don’t see a practitioner on the calendar?
If you don’t see a practitioner working on a specific day but would like to change it, you will need to ensure that the “Hide practitioners not working” option is not selected. Below are steps on how to do that:
- Navigate to your Calendar
- Click Options
- Uncheck “Hide practitioners not working”
