Instructions

  1. From the Calendar, click the appointment
  2. On the Schedule tab, click Mark As No Show

  3. You can choose to add a no-show fee, email the client a confirmation of no-show, and prompt the client to schedule a new appointment.

  4. When done, click Confirm No Show
