Learn how to quickly refund or delete a client's gift certificate
Instructions
- Go to Sell, then Gift Certificates
- Search for the gift certificate, then click View & Edit
- If the certificate has a discount, toggle it off
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Refund button in the lower right
- After completing the refund, click Save & Close
