Learn how to quickly download, email, and print gift certificates for your clients

Emailing gift certificates

  1. Go to Sell, then Gift Certificates
  2. Locate the gift certificate, then click View & Edit
  3. Click Email in the top right corner

  4. Enter the email address, then click Email

Downloading gift certificates

  1. Go to Sell, then Gift Certificates
  2. Locate the gift certificate, then click View & Edit
  3. Click Print in the top right corner to generate a PDF of the certificate

  4. When the PDF opens, click the download icon in the top right corner

Printing gift certificates

  1. Go to Sell, then Gift Certificates
  2. Locate the gift certificate, then click View & Edit
  3. Click Print in the top right corner to generate a PDF of the certificate

  4. When the PDF opens, click the printer icon in the top right corner
