Reduce gaps in your calendar by offering your clients the chance to join your wait list.
Instructions
- Go to Setup, then Scheduling settings
- Under the Wait List tab, set Would you like to enable our wait list feature? to Yes

Choose how you'd like to notify the wait list
- You can set different rules for same-day vs. 24+ hour cancellations
- Under Allow wait list clients to book up to, choose how close to the start time clients can book

Click Save at the bottom right
