How to block a specific client from booking online

  1. Go to Clients, then select the client
  2. In the top right corner, click More Options, then No-Show Guard™
  3. Select your preferred option, then click Save

Notes

  • Allow client to book online will use your practice's default No-Show Guard™ settings
  • Do not allow this client to book online will show a Sorry, we don't currently have any availability message to the client
  • Require this client to enter a credit card number requires credit card number before booking the first appointment
  • Require this client to pre-pay for their appointments requires pre-pay for every appointment
