How to block a specific client from booking online

Easily manage which clients can book online by customizing your No-Show Guard™ settings for each individual.

Instructions

  1. Go to Clients, then select the client
  2. In the top right corner, click More Options, then No-Show Guard™
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Allow client to book online
      Uses your practice’s default No-Show Guard™ settings
       
    • Do not allow this client to book online 
      Client will see “Sorry, we don’t currently have any availability” when trying to book
       
    • Require this client to enter a credit card number
      Requires a credit card number before booking the first appointment
       
    • Require this client to prepay for their appointments
      Prepayment is required for every appointment
  4. After selecting your preferred option, click Save
