You can enable/disable online scheduling for each individual practitioner. To change a practitioner's online scheduling preferences:

1. Go to Setup > Practitioners
   
   
   
   
2. Select the practitioner in question from the dropdown
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Online Scheduling tab
4. Choose your desired option
