With our Lite, Standard, and Premium plans, you can make full use of the Google Reviews Booster™, an automated email campaign that is sent to clients after an appointment with the aim of encouraging them to leave a positive Google review.
Within the email, your client will be presented to rate their experience with your practice on a scale from 1 - 10.
If your client rates you a 9 or a 10, they will be encouraged to leave a review on Google! If they rate anywhere between 1 through 8, they will be encouraged to provide feedback to help you do better in the future.
When the Google Reviews Booster™ campaign is enabled, clients will be emailed 1 day after their appointment asking them to leave a review. If they have been emailed in the last 30 days, they will not be sent an email.
Enable/Disable:
To enable or disable the Google Review Booster:
- Go to Marketing > Google Reviews Booster™
- Toggle the switch either On or Off at the top right
Setting up your Google My Business profile:
- Go to Marketing > Google Reviews Booster™
- Type in your Google My Business Profile URL in the respective field
- Click Save
