After rating their visit, clients see tailored prompts for feedback or a public review.
Instructions
When a client receives a Google Review email, they're asked to leave a rating.
- If they rate 9 or 10: we prioritize a Google review but also offer a private feedback option
- If they rate 1 to 8: we directly prompt for private feedback and still offer the Google review option
Note: If necessary, clients can update their ratings from the same email.
