Automatically sharing upcoming availability

Automatically email your clients a summary of your upcoming availability to help fill empty time slots.

Instructions

  1. From the Communication page, select Availability Summary
  2. Toggle the campaign On
  3. Edit the Subject and choose when and whose availability to send
  4. Optionally, click Edit Design to customize your email
  5. Click Save in the bottom right

Note: Clients with an appointment in the past or next two weeks won’t receive the email.
