Import Genbook client lists and appointments into ClinicSense quickly and seamlessly.
Instructions
- Log in to your Genbook account
- At the top right of the page, click the export button to download your client list as a CSV file
- Optional: Because Genbook doesn’t have a calendar export feature, you may want to contact Genbook support to request your appointments list as a CSV file
- From the email address associated with your account, send the file(s) to support@clinicsense.com as an attachment
- Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to complete the import
