Importing Jane App information and data

Import Jane App client lists and appointments into ClinicSense quickly and seamlessly.

Instructions

1. Log in to Jane as either an Account Owner or a staff member with Full Access
2. Navigate to the Reports tab, then the List report
3. When the Patient List appears, apply any useful filters
4. Click the Export button, then save the Excel file to your device
5. Return to the Reports tab, then the Appointments report
6. When the Appointments list appears, apply any useful filters
7. Click the Export button, then save the Excel file to your device
8. From the email address associated with your account, send the files to support@clinicsense.com as an attachment
9. Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to complete the import
