Easily customize treatment note templates to fit your practice with flexible fields and settings.
Instructions
- Go to Setup, then Treatment note builder
- Select the template you'd like to customize on the left
- Make the desired changes:
- Hover your mouse over a question to show the Move, Edit, and Delete buttons
- While editing a question, you can choose "Add display logic" settings
- Click + Add Question at the bottom center of the page or the + button below an existing question
- At the top of the template builder, you can organize each note into tabs
- Click Save Template in the lower right
