Learn how to refund sold treatment packages in ClinicSense.
Instructions
- Go to Sell, then Treatment Packages
- On the Sales tab, click the package's Invoice #
- Click Refund at the bottom right
- Refunding an unused package will return the entire amount
- Refunding a partially-used package will return a prorated amount
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the refund
