Learn how to redeem treatment packages on invoices in ClinicSense.
Instructions
- From the Calendar, select the appointment
- Click Invoice, then the Apply Treatment Package toggle
- If the client doesn't have any treatment packages, the toggle will not appear
- If the client has treatment packages that don't include any of the services on the invoice, the toggle will not appear
- After the invoice updates, click either Save or Save & Close
- Treatment packages can also be redeemed for a different service or a different client
