Learn how to apply a client’s treatment package to another client’s appointment.
Instructions
- From the Calendar, select the appointment
- Click Invoice, then Add Payment
- Under 'How is the client paying?' select Redeem package
- Under 'Redeem from which client?' search for the client who holds the treatment package
- Under 'Which package?' select the appropriate package
- Click Redeem Package, then Apply Package
- To redeem a package for both a different client and a different service, use this same process
