How to resend appointment reminders & confirmations

Learn how to easily resend appointment confirmation or reminder emails to your client.

Instructions

  1. From the Calendar, click on the appointment

  2. In the bottom left corner, click the Re-send Confirmation or Re-send Reminder button
    • It will say Re-send Confirmation if the reminder email hasn't gone out yet
    • It will say Re-send Reminder if the reminder has already been sent
