Step 5: Connect Square + No-Show Guard (optional)

Optionally connect Square to take payments and enable No-Show Guard.


Connect Square Account

  1. Go to Setup, and select Payment Settings
  2. Click the Connect to Square button
  3. Follow the prompts to connect or create a Square account

Set Up No-Show Guard

With No-Show Guard, you can require clients to enter a credit card number when booking online (or even pre-pay for the appointment). This helps protect you from no-shows or late cancellations.

Note: No-Show Guard is only available after connecting a Square account.

  1. Click the No-Show Guard tab
  2. Select your No-Show Guard preference
  3. Choose how you would like to apply the setting to new and existing clients
  4. Click the Save button
