- Log out of ClinicSense, then clear your browser's cache
- Log back in, then try again
- If that doesn't help, contact your practice's superuser and ask them to check your permissions

- If your practice's superuser has believes your permissions are correct and the issue is still occurring, please ask them to submit a support request
