What do I do if I see a permissions error?

Guide

  1. Log out of ClinicSense, then clear your browser's cache
  2. Log back in, then try again
  3. If that doesn't help, contact your practice's superuser and ask them to check your permissions

Notes

  • If your practice's superuser has believes your permissions are correct and the issue is still occurring, please ask them to submit a support request
