If your online booking shows this message, review the checklist below to turn online scheduling on.
Is your online booking on?
- On the Online Scheduling tab, check that Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes.
Does at least 1 practitioner offer online booking?
- Go to Setup > Practitioners
- Confirm that at least one practitioner has been added
- On the Online Scheduling tab ensure Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes for at least 1 practitioner
Is there at least 1 service that can be booked online?
- Go to Setup > Services
- Confirm that at least one service has been added
- On the Online Scheduling tab, ensure that Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes for at least 1 service
