Why is my online booking not working?

If your online booking shows this message, review the checklist below to turn online scheduling on.

Is your online booking on?

  1. Go to Setup, then Scheduling settings
  2. On the Online Scheduling tab, check that Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes.

Does at least 1 practitioner offer online booking?

  1. Go to Setup > Practitioners
  2. Confirm that at least one practitioner has been added
  3. On the Online Scheduling tab ensure Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes for at least 1 practitioner

Is there at least 1 service that can be booked online?

  1. Go to Setup > Services
  2. Confirm that at least one service has been added
  3. On the Online Scheduling tab, ensure that Allow clients to book online? is set to Yes for at least 1 service
