How to check if an email was sent to a client

Guide

  1. Go to Clients, then the client's file
  2. Click on Email log, then check the Status of the email
  3. Clicked, Delivered, and Opened all generally indicate that the email was received

Notes

  • Deferred, Processed, and Sending indicate the email is currently being sent
  • Failed and Spam report indicate a problem has occurred
