Automatically attach completed client forms to treatment notes for better record-keeping.
Instructions
- Click Setup, then Form Builder
- Select the form, then click Options
- Set How often does this form need to be updated? to Before every appointment
- Toggle on Attach completed form to treatment note
- Select an Attach to the first or last page of treatment note? option
- Click Save Template
