About the form
- Canadian practices may need clients to sign Sensitive Area Consent forms
- The recommended approach is to automatically send the consent before every session
- Conveniently, automatic consents can be attached to treatment notes
- Alternatively, you can have the client fill out the form while you're with them
- If you don't want the consent automatically sent but still want it linked to the note, you can edit the note template to add consent questions (i.e., these ones from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)
