• Emailing completed forms directly from ClinicSense is not supported to help prevent potential HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, or other possible breeches
• Always follow applicable laws and compliance rules when downloading, uploading, or emailing protected healthcare information

Viewing completed forms

1. Go to Clients, then the client's file
2. Click Forms, then the form's name
   
3. Optionally, click Previous Versions to select an older version
   

Download and print completed forms

1. While viewing the completed form, click the printer button near the top right corner
   
2. When the PDF opens, choose to download or print it
   
3. Follow your device's on-screen prompts

Emailing completed forms

1. After downloading the PDF
2. Open your email app or website

3. Attach the PDF and send, following your clinic’s compliance rules
