- Each practitioner can have a ClinicSense login, allowing them to access the system

About creating practitioners
- Generally, the first practitioner you add will be yourself
- When that's the case, make sure to mark the first practitioner as your own profile
- Part E: Account explains that process
- Each subscription plan includes 1 practitioner
- Additional practitioners are billed at $10 per month
- You will not be charged for additional practitioners during your trial

Part A: Adding practitioners
- Go to Setup, then Practitioners
- Click Add Practitioner, at upper right
- Enter the practitioner’s name, then click Save
- Move on to Part B, below
Part B: Practitioner profile
- Complete Part A, above
- Optionally, add a Photo (.jpg, .jpeg or .png), which will be show to clients booking online
- Optionally, add any License Number(s), which will be shown on treatment notes and invoices
- Optionally, add a Tax ID, which will be shown on invoices
- Optionally, add a Signature, which can be used on treatment notes and invoices
- Click Save, in the bottom right corner
- Move on to Part C, below
Part C: Working hours
- Complete Part B, above
- Go to the Hours tab, above the Photo
- Check off the days the practitioner regularly works
- Optionally, if the practitioner has a single shift, select a Start Time and End Time for each working day
- Alternatively, if the practitioner works split shifts, click the add (+) icon and then select a Start Time and End Time for each shift
- Click Save, in the bottom right corner
- Move on to Part D, below
Part D: Online scheduling
- Complete Part C, above
- Go to the Online Scheduling tab, above the Photo
- Select an Allow clients to book online? option
- Optionally, select a Which clients can book online with this practitioner? setting
- Optionally, select a Show my availability setting
- Optionally, visit the How to choose scheduling settings for specific Practitioners guide for more details about each available setting
- Click Save, in the bottom right corner
- Move on to Part E, below
Part E: Account
- Complete Part D, above
- Go to the Account tab, above the Photo
- Optionally, if you’ve added yourself as the practitioner, select This is me
- Alternatively, select either Do not allow practitioner to login or Allow practitioner to login
- Optionally, if selecting Allow practitioner to login, enter the practitioner's Email Address and click Change Permissions to adjust their level of access

- When done, click Save at bottom right
- Move on to Step 3: Adding services to your ClinicSense practice
