Step 4: Review scheduling settings

ClinicSense offers various scheduling settings so that you can maintain full control of your calendar.

Review Scheduling Settings

1. Go to Setup, and select Scheduling Settings
   
2. On this page, you can turn online scheduling on/off
3. You can also choose if you’d like a message to be displayed to clients before they book online:
   

Review Your Cancellation Policy

1. Click the Cancellation Policy tab
   
2. Select how much notice a client must give in order to cancel their appointment with no fee
3. Indicate if you have a no-show or late cancellation fee

Review Scheduling Rules

1. Click the Scheduling Rules tab
2. Customize your scheduling rules to your liking
