Adding all of the services that you offer. Note that each service can be offered in multiple durations rather than having to create separate services for each duration that you offer.
Add a new service
- Go to Setup, then select Services
- Click the Add Service button
- Enter the service name
(Do not include the duration in the name, there is a separate section for that) - Enter the duration, cleanup time, and price
(Cleanup time is added after each appointment for prep between sessions)
Add additional durations
- If you offer the service in multiple durations, click the + icon to add additional durations:
Choose online scheduling settings
- Select the Online Scheduling tab
- Indicate if the service is available for online scheduling
Choose which practitioners offer this service
- Select the Practitioners tab
- Choose which practitioners offer this service
Choose required forms
Skip Forms tab for now. We will revisit it in the help articles about customizing treatment notes and forms.

- Tap the hamburger icon on the top left side

Select the Setup dropdown and choose Services

To add a new service, press the + (plus sign) button at the bottom right side of the screen

Enter the service name, category, and description

To add durations
- Tap Add Duration
- Toggle on Prices are tax inclusive if needed
- Set the duration, cleanup time, price, taxes, then pick a color to display this service on your calendar.
- Repeat steps 6a to 6c to add more service durations
7. Hit Save Service
