How to book a client from the wait list

Learn how to book clients from your wait list in ClinicSense to fill in cancelled appointments.

Booking from the Calendar

1. From within the Calendar, click on an empty time slot
2. Select Schedule From Wait List
3. After locating the client, click their Book button
4. An appointment scheduling screen will appear, which can be completed as usual

Note: This feature is currently in beta (meaning it's not yet available to all customers). Once ready, it will be available on the Standard and Premium plans.

Booking from the Wait list

1. On the Calendar, click the ⏱️ Wait list button
2. Optionally, use the What time would you like to fill? filters to narrow your results
3. After locating the client, click their Book button
4. An appointment scheduling screen will appear, which can be completed as usual
