Assign default treatment note templates to services for a smoother client intake process.
Instructions
- Go to Setup, then Services
- Select a service from the dropdown, then go to the Forms tab
- Under Which treatment note template would you like selected by default for this service? select your preferred option
- When done, click Save at the bottom right
Note: The Forms tab also lets you pick which intake forms should be sent for this service.
📱 Using the app?
- Tap the Menu icon and, under Setup, select Services
- Tap the service you want to update
- Under Settings, tap Treatment Note
- Select a treatment note template, then tap Save
