Guide
- Go to Setup, then Treatment Note Builder
- Click the Add New button, at the bottom left
- Customize the first question, then click Save
- Click + Add Question, at the bottom center
- After adding all questions, click Save Template
Notes
- You can add, remove, and rename the template's tabs at the top center for the builder
