How to use treatment note short codes

Save time writing treatment notes by using customizable short codes that expand into full text automatically.

Instructions

When you're writing a treatment note, simply type the Short Code you created and it will automatically expand into the full text you entered. This is ideal for commonly used phrases or notes you want to standardize across sessions.

1. On the Calendar, click an appointment
2. Click Treatment Note, then Short Codes, in the bottom left
   
3. To add a short code, click any add + button, on the right side
4. Enter a Short Code, then the Extended Text
   
5. Click Save when done
