HIPAA, PHIPA, and PIPEDA notice
- Emailing treatment notes from ClinicSense is not supported to help prevent potential HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, or other possible breaches
- Always follow applicable laws and compliance rules when downloading, uploading, or emailing protected healthcare information
View treatment notes
- Go to Clients, then the client's file
- Click Appointments & Notes, then the appointment's date
- On the left, click Treatment Note
📱 Using the app?
- Tap the menu icon and select Clients
- Search for and select the client
- Under Appointments, tap View All
- Tap on the appointment date you want to view
- Tap Treatment Note
Download and print treatment notes
- While viewing the treatment note, click the printer button in the top right corner
- When the PDF opens, choose to download or print it
Emailing treatment notes
- First, make sure you have your client's consent to email the note
- After downloading the PDF, open your email
- Compose your email and attach the PDF
- When ready, send the email
